on a weight-loss program, want to start losing weight, or have just resigned yourself to being overweight for the rest of your life, there is an Emotional or Mental aspect to Weight Loss that is Rarely addressed.

Here are a few of the tools & techniques I use to guide and coach you. Once you learn them, you have them for life.

Perspective

Getting a different Perspective on a problem is difficult to do by yourself.  This is where I can help.  Based on whatever problem you are having, I listen, I really listen to you.  I provide insights and guidance, we work together, so you gain clarity on what the real issue is using one or more of the following techniques. The beauty of this process is by the time you have clarity, you have experienced healing and releasing of fears, doubts, limiting beliefs along the way! The best thing, it's painless and effective!

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)

EFT is one of my favorite techniques. By using different acupuncture points on your body, without the pain of needles, but by using your fingers to gently tap on those specific points, EFT can help you get beyond the blocks you are repeatedly faced with when dealing with your fears, your weight issues, your performance. I share this amazing technique so you can use it anytime and anywhere you need it to Get Back On Track.

When working with me, I hear and observe what is going on and can give you feedback to help you focus and narrow in on the real core issue. This is where the magic happens!

Again, you can do this alone, but being in the moment while trying to observe what has just happened and know what to tap on next can be difficult. That's why I always encourage my clients to find a 'tapping buddy'.

Meditation

I share with you a simple way to meditate that does not take years to master and you will see results. You find a comfortable position sitting, standing, lying down and let

Meditation helps you relax and open your mind and allows you to experience a new way of looking at the world around you. It's a pleasant way to help you Get Back On Track.

Breathwork

Knowing how to breathe should be natural, right?  It is, but sometimes we forget to breathe, or at least breathe deeply.  

By becoming aware of times when we're taking shallow breaths and knowing how to take in a full, rich, breathe is a huge first step to overcoming fears, doubts, and self-sabotaging behaviors. Sometimes, that's all it takes.  

Try it right now. Take a deep breath into your belly, keep inhaling and let it fill up your lungs, keep going, now lift your shoulders to make more room.  Hold it...hold it...hold it...now exhale. But slowly...relax your shoulders...let the air escape from your lungs...now your belly. How do you feel?

Yeah, that's what I'm talking about!

Now repeat two more times.

This is only one example of how you can use your breath to improve your life.
